a favorite blogger- Paranormaly Yours
My Blogging BFF is the wonderful Kim @ Paranormaly Yours. We met through a street team & became fast friends through a mutual love of reading. She even took my head to a signing event. See below? That is my head with Rissa Blakeley. Why should you follow her. She loves to read & review Paranormal Romance and audio books. Her reviews are always entertaining. And she loves to do giveaways.

Have you met Libby Sinclair? I don’t usually read SciFi, but I enjoy reading Libby’s stories. They are a great mix of science fiction, adventure, and erotic romance. I fell in love with the short story, Cake Topper, in the Just Desserts anthology. Deadlocked was just released in January, and it recently hit #1 in Erotic Sci-Fi Romance. So even if you don’t normally like Science Fiction, I think this is worth a shot.

a fabulous author – Rissa Blakeley
I’ll stick in the category of “something fabulous that I don’t normally read.” I can name on one hand the dystopian books, movies, and tv shows I’ve enjoyed. But this author kept signing up for my events. I think, if I were to tally them, she is the author that has appeared at the most Books N Pearls Hosted events. Rissa Blakeley was such a fun person to interact with, and she hired me to promote one of her releases, so after almost a year of us partying together (on facebook, that is), I cracked open her books that were sitting on my Kindle. I purchased the first two during a sale, but hadn’t had the time in my crazy review schedule to read these beasts. So, before the release of book 3, I began the journey into the undead (not zombie) apocalypse. I COULDN’T PUT THE FREAKING THINGS DOWN! The fact that they were zombie-like creatures became a background fact to me. The relationships and histories that this author built just suck you in and you become so engrossed. You feel the pain and torture of the characters. You fall in love with either Henry or Gunther (it is really an either, or situation. I haven’t seen any fans that claim both. I’m a Henry.) And Elaina, oh Elaina. You will cry with her and want to hug her when things fall apart. So if you haven’t started the books yet, the first 3 plus a novella are in a box set, which saves you a few dollars.
Also, there will be a new story, not in this series, coming some time this year.
Fan confession: I own a strange amount of merchandise for this series.
